Coming back to a previous Queu?
If you're returning to an issue we already worked on, send your reference number and I'll pull it right up. You don't need to re-explain anything — just send the code and I'll take it from there.
Depending on where we left off, we may pick up where we stopped, or I may ask you to start a new Queu or choose a paid option if the issue changed or needs a different level of help.
